Frequently asked questions
Booking & Reservations
What is the minimum stay?
All rooms require a minimum of 7 nights. For longer stays (30+ nights), discounted monthly rates are available automatically.
How do I make a booking?
Select your check-in and check-out dates on the room page and click 'Reserve'. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is approved by the host.
Can I extend my stay after check-in?
Yes. Contact the host directly through the chat widget or via email at support@prow.co. Extensions are subject to room availability.
Is the booking instant or does it require approval?
Bookings are reviewed and approved by the host, typically within 1 hour. You won't be charged until the booking is confirmed.
Check-in & Check-out
How does self check-in work?
All rooms use an electronic keypad lock. Your unique access code will be sent to you via email 24 hours before check-in. No need to meet anyone in person.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance. Late check-out without prior arrangement may result in an additional charge or deduction from your security deposit.
What if I lose my access code?
Contact the host immediately via the chat widget or support@prow.co. A new code can be issued remotely.
Payments & Pricing
What's included in the price?
All utilities are included — Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas. There are no hidden fees beyond the nightly rate and the one-time service fee shown at checkout.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected at booking. It is returned within 7 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the room.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Toss Payments and Stripe. Bank transfer (virtual account) is also available for Korean residents.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Weekly and monthly discounts are applied automatically when you select your dates. You can see the exact discount on each room's pricing table.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
For stays under 30 nights: full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in, 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before, no refund within 24 hours. For longer stays, different windows apply — see the full cancellation policy for details.
What if the host cancels my booking?
If the host cancels, you will receive a full refund including the service fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
How long does a refund take?
Card refunds take 3–5 business days. Virtual account refunds take 1–3 business days.
The Rooms
Are the rooms serviced or cleaned during my stay?
Rooms are fully cleaned before each check-in. Mid-stay cleaning is not included by default, but can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.
Is there laundry available?
Yes. A shared washing machine is available in the building. Some rooms include an in-unit washer — check the amenities list on each room page.
Is the building accessible 24/7?
Yes. The building and your room are accessible around the clock with your keypad code.
Are guests allowed?
Registered guests only may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome but must not disturb other residents. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Location & Getting Around
How far is the nearest subway station?
Myeongdong Station (Line 4) is a 3-minute walk from the building (Exit 5). Euljiro 3-ga (Line 2, 3) is about 7 minutes on foot.
How do I get from Incheon Airport?
Take the AREX Express train directly to Seoul Station, then transfer to Line 4 toward Myeongdong — total journey around 55 minutes. Taxis and airport buses are also available.
Is there parking available?
PROW does not offer private parking. Public parking lots are available nearby in Myeongdong at your own cost.
