주식회사 프로우("회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 원활하게 처리하기 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

- 재화 또는 서비스 제공: 숙소 중개, 계약 체결·이행, 결제·정산, 환불 처리

제3조 (처리하는 개인정보의 항목)

- 필수: 이메일, 비밀번호, 이름, 국적
- 선택: 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, 성별
- 서비스 이용 시: 신용카드정보, 결제 기록, 계약 정보
호스트
- 필수: 이메일, 비밀번호, 이름, 휴대전화번호
- 선택: 성별, 사업자등록번호 또는 신분증 사본, 정산 계좌 정보

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)
회사는 정보주체의 동의 또는 법률의 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.
- 게스트 정보 → 호스트: 계약 체결 및 이행 목적 / 계약 종료 후 1년 보유

제5조 (개인정보의 처리 위탁)

- 이메일·마케팅 발송: Sendgrid, Mailchimp
제6조 (개인정보의 파기)
보유기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
제7조 (정보주체의 권리)
정보주체는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 서비스 내 'My Account'에서 직접 조회·수정·삭제 가능하며, 문의하기를 통해 열람 요청도 가능합니다.
제8조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보조치)

Article 4 — Provision to Third Parties
The Company provides personal information to third parties only with consent or as required by law.
