제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 주식회사 프로우(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 단기 임대 중개 플랫폼 PROW(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
- 서비스: PROW 웹사이트 및 앱을 통해 제공되는 단기 임대 중개 및 관련 부가 서비스
- 게스트: 서비스를 통해 숙소를 검색·예약·이용하는 이용자
- 호스트: 서비스를 통해 숙소를 등록·관리하고 게스트에게 제공하는 이용자
- 보증금: 게스트가 숙소 이용 중 발생할 수 있는 재정적 의무를 담보하기 위해 납부하는 금액
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 개정)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 개정 시 적용일자 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 공지합니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
- 만 14세 미만은 서비스에 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 만 14세 이상 19세 미만의 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
- 허위 정보 기재, 타인 명의 도용, 과거 이용 제한 이력이 있는 경우 가입이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (계정 관리)
- 회원은 계정 정보를 제3자에게 양도·대여·공유할 수 없습니다.
- 계정 정보가 도용된 경우 즉시 회사에 통보하여야 합니다.
- 계정 관리 소홀로 발생한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 허위 정보 등록, 타인 정보 도용
- 플랫폼 결제 시스템을 우회한 직접 거래
- 회사 또는 제3자의 지식재산권 침해
- 외설·폭력적 정보 게시 등 공서양속에 반하는 행위
- 무단 크롤링, 봇·스크래퍼 등 자동화 프로그램을 통한 정보 수집
제7조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
- 서비스는 연중무휴 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 합니다.
- 점검, 기술적 문제 등 불가피한 사유 발생 시 일시적으로 중단될 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (숙소 예약 및 계약)
- 게스트와 호스트 간의 임대차 계약은 PROW 플랫폼을 통해 체결됩니다.
- 호스트는 정확한 숙소 정보(사진, 시설, 위치 등)를 등록할 의무가 있습니다.
- 게스트는 예약 전 숙소 정보 및 약관을 충분히 확인하여야 합니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
- 회사는 천재지변, 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자 간의 계약 내용, 분쟁, 물적 손해 등에 대해 직접적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 게시한 정보의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
제10조 (이용계약의 해지 및 이용제한)
- 회원은 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으나, 진행 중인 계약이 있는 경우 사전 해소 후 탈퇴 가능합니다.
- 본 약관 위반, 부정이용, 직접 거래 유도 등의 경우 이용이 제한 또는 정지될 수 있습니다.
- 탈퇴 처리 후 30일간 재가입이 불가합니다.
제11조 (지식재산권)
서비스와 관련하여 회사가 제작·편집한 저작물의 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제·전송·배포·출판할 수 없습니다.
제12조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다.

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PROW Co., Ltd. ("Company") and users of the PROW short-term rental mediation platform ("Service").
Article 2 — Definitions
- Service: All short-term rental mediation and related services provided through the PROW website and app
- Guest: A user who searches, reserves, and uses accommodations through the Service
- Host: A user who registers and manages accommodations and provides them to Guests
- Security Deposit: Money paid by the Guest to guarantee financial obligations during accommodation use
Article 3 — Effect and Amendment
These Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. The Company provides at least 7 days' notice of amendments (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
Article 4 — Membership
- Users under age 14 may not register.
- Users aged 14–18 require legal guardian consent.
- Registration may be denied for false information or prior service restrictions.
Article 5 — Account Management
- Members may not transfer or share account credentials with third parties.
- Members must notify the Company immediately of any account compromise.
- The Company is not liable for damages from negligent account management.
Article 6 — User Obligations
Users must not:
- Register false information or misappropriate another person's identity
- Conduct direct transactions that bypass the platform's payment system
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Post obscene, violent, or socially offensive content
- Use automated programs (bots, scrapers) without authorization
Article 7 — Service Provision and Changes
- Services are provided 24/7 in principle.
- Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.
- The Company may modify or discontinue services for operational reasons.
Article 8 — Reservations and Contracts
- Rental agreements between Guests and Hosts are concluded through the PROW platform.
- Hosts must register accurate accommodation information.
- Guests must thoroughly review all information before booking.
Article 9 — Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
- The Company is not directly liable for disputes or damages between users.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted information.
Article 10 — Termination and Restrictions
- Members may request account termination after resolving all ongoing contracts.
- Use may be restricted for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
- Re-registration is not permitted for 30 days after deletion.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for works created by the Company vest with the Company. Users may not reproduce or distribute such works without prior written consent.
Article 12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the court having jurisdiction over the Company's place of business.
